Alan Knill has confirmed that Elliot Benyon will enjoy some peace and quiet over the next few days following his concussion against Swindon.

Speaking to the Official Site following the early clash he had when he came on the pitch, Alan said of the striker.

‘There was a clash almost as soon as he came on the pitch. The Swindon lad’s knee caught him in the head and the players are shouting for the doctor as soon as he went down. You think the worst and I’m led to believe that he was concussed, but he’s ok. He’s not as chirpy as he usually is, so I think we’re all enjoying some peace and quiet.’

Benyon is out of the game this weekend with the bruising he suffered which will leave him out for at least 10-14 days.
