Manager Chris Hargreaves has added Shaquile Coulthirst to our ranks ahead of the game against Southend United.

The deal obviously went through ahead of the closure of the deadline yesterday, but it was announced today and the deal for the youngster will run until the end of the season.

Spurs rate the player very highly and the club had to move quickly to secure his loan deal after deciding not to extend the loan spell of Notts County’s Enoch Showunmi.

The 19 year old comes to us with a reputation in their development squad as being a very dangerous goalscorer and can previously count a hattrick again Barcelona in a youth game to his name.

He has been out on loan previously this season with Leyton Orient and he scored once in two appearances which is the same record he has with England’s U19s.

He has also made his first team debut for Spurs in their Europa League campaign this season, and you’d expect him to be on the bench at least tomorrow.
