Manager Alan Knill has managed to make a move in the loan market on deadline day and has brought in striker Jayden Stockley.

With news that Ade Azeez had to return to Charlton after picking up a hamstring injury, the gaffer was hopeful of adding to our numbers and it seems he has done just that with the capture of the 20 year old striker from Bournemouth.

He joins us for a month and goes straight into this weekend’s squad for the game against Scunthorpe.

He’s described as a powerful forward and is over 6ft so he should give us a good presence up front when called upon.

He has come through their youth ranks and at the start of the season spent two months on loan at Leyton Orient where he made three starts, and a further eight appearances from the bench, finding the net once.

In previous years he has spent time at Woking and Accrington Stanley and his career record so far stands at 31 starts, 38 from the bench and he’s scored 16 times.

He has been handed the No 19 shirt.
