Not sure it’s got a ring to it myself, but Launa Windows have signed a sponsorship deal with the club this week bringing in much needed cash to help us mount our Conference assault this season and get ourselves back into the Football League.

The local company have signed the sponsorship deal which will see Plainmoor renamed ‘The Launa Windows Stadium’ and whilst the full details are undisclosed obviously, the term of the deal is said to be for four years and it will see new stadium signage erected.

Chairman Thea Bristow said of the deal.

‘We are delighted to have a trusted local brand of Launa Windows stature becoming our stadium sponsor for the next four seasons. Stadium naming rights are happening throughout league and non league football, and this is the next logical step in our move to transform the club and its home. The deal is a reflection of the progress we have made as a club in recent times and we’re looking forward to working closely with Launa Windows. We’re pleased to have them on board.’
