Trio Out For Gulls

Torquay United trio Steve Woods, Craig Taylor and Matt Villis are all expected to be out of Saturday’s home encounter against Wycombe.

All three defeders have been out for the past month and look set to be out of contention again this weekend.

Woods has began light work following knee surgery whilst Taylor (achilles) and Villis (groin) are both still struggling.

However, physio Darren James did have some good news for the Gulls as midfielder Kevin Hill should hopefully be fit following a thigh problem.

Torquay’s other injury doubt is on-loan Lloyd Kerry, who has returned to his parent club Sheffield United for treatment on a hamsring injury.
