All league goals to be shown on BBC again.

From the new season there will be alot more football on the BBC. First of all they will be showing 10 live matches from the Championship on BBC 1 and BBC 2. There will also be highlights from every goal in every game in the Coca Cola league each Saturday night after Match of the Day. Manish Bhasin will present the show with the help of Radio 5 Live presenter Mark Clemmit offering expert analysis.

The first game to be broatcast live on the BBC from the championship will be on the 8th August from 17:20 for West Brom v Newcastle.

The BBC also has rights to show the Carling Cup for the first time since 1987, the first game being Macclesfield v Leicester on the 14th August.

The games being chosen have been released less than a week after Sky updated their list up until November with Notts County v Torquay being the only League 2 game included, on the 11th October.
