Curle’s Future Unclear

Former Manchester City and Wimbledon defender Keith Curle doesn’t know whether he will be Torquay United Head Coach beyond this season

The ex-England intrnational has been at Torquay for almost a month now but told the BBC that there have been no talks to extend his current contract which expires at the end of the season.

‘Colin (Lee) is here on a three-year contract and I am here until the summer – that is as far as it has gone.

‘When the last ball has been kicked this season then it will be time for Colin and myself to sit down and talk about what will happen next but until then we are only looking at the next game or the next training session.’

The Gulls are currently eight points adrift of safety in League Two.
